All your data is stored in your personal iCloud account. We have zero access to your information. If you delete the app, you can reinstall and your data will sync back from iCloud.

Yes. Alpha Invoice is completely free to download and use. There are no subscriptions, in-app purchases, or hidden fees.
Open the Businesses tab, tap your business, then tap the logo placeholder to select an image from your photo library.
Open an invoice from the Invoices list, then tap the Share or Export button. You can save the PDF to Files, email it, or share it via AirDrop.
Yes. Alpha Invoice supports unlimited business profiles. Each business has its own clients, products, services, and invoice sequences.
In your business settings you can choose between three tax modes: Excluded (tax added on top), Included (tax already in prices), or Disabled (no tax). The rate is configurable per business.
Invoice numbers are auto-generated using a 3-letter business prefix + year + month + sequential number (e.g. BLK-2026-03-001). You don't need to manage this manually.
Yes. Because data is stored in iCloud, it syncs automatically across all your Apple devices signed in with the same Apple ID.
