Overview

Alpha Invoice is developed by Black Box Private Limited (PV124876), a technology company registered in Sri Lanka. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how Alpha Invoice handles your information.

The short version: We collect nothing. All your data lives in your personal iCloud account. We have no access to it.

Data Storage

Alpha Invoice uses Apple's SwiftData framework with iCloud sync. All data you enter — including businesses, clients, invoices, products, and services — is stored exclusively on your device and in your personal iCloud account.

We do not operate any servers or databases that store your business data. Your data belongs to you and is subject to Apple's iCloud Privacy Policy, not ours.

Information We Do Not Collect

Alpha Invoice does not collect, transmit, or have access to:

  • Your name, email address, or contact details
  • Your business information or financial data
  • Invoice content or client information
  • Device identifiers or analytics data
  • Location data
  • Usage statistics or crash reports (beyond what Apple provides to developers)

No Account Required

Alpha Invoice does not require you to create an account with us. There is no registration, login, or sign-up process. The app works entirely with your existing Apple ID and iCloud account, which is managed by Apple.

PDF Export

When you export an invoice as a PDF, the file is generated locally on your device. You control where the file is shared (e.g., email, AirDrop, Files app). We have no involvement in or visibility of this process.

Third-Party Services

Alpha Invoice does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The only third-party infrastructure used is Apple iCloud for data sync, which is governed by Apple's own privacy policy.

Children's Privacy

Alpha Invoice is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. As we collect no data from any user, this applies equally to all age groups.

Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
